CONCERNING
THE AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 223/PMK.011/2008 CONCERNING EXPORT GOODS SUBJECT TO EXPORT LEVY AND TARIFFS OF EXPORT LEVY
BY GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Considering:
- a. that Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 223/PMK.011/2008 concerning Export Goods Subject to Export levy and Tariffs of Export levy, stipulates provisions on the imposition of export levy on rattan products;
- b. that based on letter of the Minister of Trade No. 1609/M-DAG/11/2009 dated November 5, 2009 about Change in the Description of Export Goods Subject to Export Levy, it is necessary to make adjustments to the description of goods subject to export levy;
- c. that based on considerations in a and b, and to implement provisions in Article 2 paragraph (3) and Article 3 paragraph (5) of Government Regulation No. 55 of 2008 concerning the Imposition of Export Levy on Export Goods, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 223/PMK.011/2008 concerning Export Goods Subject to Export Levy and Tariffs of Export Levy;
In view of:
- 1. Law No. 10 of 1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book No. 75 of 1995, Supplement to Statute Book 3612) as amended by Law No. 17 of 2006 (Statute Book No. 93 of 2006, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);
- 2. Government Regulation No. 55 of 2008 concerning the Imposition of Export levy on Export Goods (Statute Book No. 116 of 2008, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4886);
- 3. Presidential Decree No. 84/P of 2009;
- 4. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 223/PMK.011/2008 concerning Goods Subject to Export levy and Tariffs of Export Levy;

Article I
Attachment I paragraph I to Regulation of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 223/PMK.011/2008 concerning Export Goods Subject to Export Levy and Tariffs of Export Levy shall be amended so that it becomes as follows:

Article II
This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of promulgation.
For public cognizance, this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
